Poor Customer Service

Its almost impossible to reach a Pgw customer service representative. Ive literally been on hold since 10:27 am this morning. It is now 2:35pm and I am still on hold. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no way that they are that busy

Someone is using my name for gas bill. There using my socaiol security number to. I need to speak to a supervicer there using my wifes name also. Thankyou

Pay bill

I tried for about 2hours to pay my bill they keep telling me there was and error check my bank I did I have money there to pay my bill I stopped trying.maybe it's the system you have they should get it fix

Need confirmation

I have requested that a confirmation email be sent to me showing I requested service be shut on in my name at 352 n gross st 2nd fl on 12/31/21 the landlord need to see proof of this.

User's recommendation: I never got a confirmation but the new landlord was able to verify me changing the gas into my name!

Hello I am the manager at Cyber Village at the above address. We currently have 56 accounts with your company. Since March 2021 our billing has been messed up. We don't currently know what we owe, credited for, late fees, etc. This has become very frustrating the 215-235-**** number tells us to contact CRC New Service . It has been a complete nigthmare. As a customer I have been treated very badly, In addition to the internal chaos it has caused. Our accounting has been messed up since March. I am writing to simply request some assistance in this matter. 56 different accounts, and we deserve to be treated better. -Shanae

That's what happens when you turn full responsibility over to someone else. Secret phrase of the day : checks and balances.

How could the owner and chief financial officer allow something like that ? 56 accounts isn't much when talking business.

We had old ladies with notebooks 60 years ago who could handle 25 times that much. Pay attention.

Pissed off consumer

PGW RIPOFF!! SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY: I signed up for their parts and labor plan in February however, I just learned their P&L plan runs October to October no matter when you join up! I happened to notice on the back of my bill that my P&L plan was extended to October 31, 2019 So I called to complain. I called and that's when I was told it's a Oct. to Oct plan regardless. So If you don't join up until September your 'yearly service charge' is only good for one month! I called and asked to cancel my contract for a refund - denied. I was told this condition is listed in the letter that came with the application. I'm still looking at the "small print" - still can't find it. So now I'll make sure to get my money's worth. I'm going to call them out for any little thing I can think of then drop it in the magical month of OCTOBER!

PGW Parts and labor plan sucks

Parts and labor plan sucks 20 years ago PGW replaced my water heater because I had a parts and labor plan. Now the plan does virtually nothing, but the cost is the same. They might replace a tiny gadget here, and another valve there, but nothing else. I am left holding the bag for a $1000 water heater. I was totally unaware of the change in the allowed coverage, but, hey, isn’t there what fine print is for?
